Our Key Service Offering is On-demand, partial or full RPO (recruitment process outsourcing). Working as, or in partnership with your talent acquisition team, we scale up when your hiring needs are intense, and scale back when your needs are light, only billing for requested work and necessary hours to deliver the results you need.
We can also work on a retained or "contained" basis. Your company can see significant discounts from standard agency fees by partnering with us more closely, but still not absorbing all the risk.
The bottom line is that we are agile and nimble, and we are able to flex to any recruiting need, pricing solution, or relationship scenario.
